Ahmad, our founder and project manager, brings over 7 years of hands-on construction experience — including 4 years working directly under a custom home builder where he developed deep expertise in structural framing, project management, and high-end residential construction. He knows what good work looks like because he's built it himself. He's not afraid to ask a trade to redo something if it doesn't meet the standard. That standard never moves.

Dina, our in-house interior designer, is a professionally trained designer with over 10 years of experience in colour consultation, space planning, 3D renderings, and finish selection. When you work with ScaleBig, you get a cohesive design-build experience under one roof — no miscommunication between designer and builder, because they work together every single day.

We are a young company. But we are detail-obsessed, fully accountable, and deeply committed to over-delivering on every single project.
